Five Loaves is not your typical soup & sandwich place. Five Loaves is a gourmet eatery. We are proud to say that all of our chicken is free range, all natural from Tanglewood farms. Our beef is grass fed, hormone free,
from Meyers farm. We use all fresh pasta made locally by Bertolini’s Fresh Pasta Company. We strive to accommodate all diets and have a vegetarian friendly menu.

Portobello and goat cheese burger
15 caps (stems and all) cut off dirty end only
∏ log of goat cheese
6 cups bread crumbs
1 cup mayo
1 cup Dijon mustard
2 cups rough chopped basil
Salt and pepper to taste
-toss caps in a little olive oil, salt and pepper in oven till fully cooked and let cool. Rough chop portobellos and toss in a bowl with other ingredients.
